EMPLOYEE'S KNEW HOW TO WASH THEIR HANDS AND USE TONGS BEFORE PREPARING FOOD. NO EMPLOYEE'S HAVE BEEN SICK EITHER AROUND THIS TIME. ALL FOOD COMES FROM AN APPROVED SOURCE.
